Check out our post about some great ideas to keep little hands busy. I mentioned some of our favorite books to get ideas from & some great websites that we've turned to for activities.
If you have any ideas that you would like to share with us about how you keep your little ones entertained we'd love to hear about it in the comments below!
I am a new Mom. I just had my little Kierra Rayann on the 29th of February. She is a leap year baby!! :) Some of the things I like to do is sound like different Disney characters like Snow White, Winnie the Pooh, Minnie Mouse, etc. Just silly voices that she recognizes. She smiles just about every time I talk in those tones of voices.
ReplyDeleteGreat Article! I get Toddler Toddler and used the Toddler Busy Book. They are both great books for keeping toddler twins busy.

ReplyDeleteits a toss up between moon, lucky and pink. if i HAVE to choose LOVE the moon booty. :)
ReplyDeleteI try to give my toddler activities that are similar to what I'm doing. He has a small broom so he can "help" while I sweep the floor etc.

ReplyDeleteLOVE Royal Booty!
ReplyDelete& my son is a mimic, he is happy doing whatever me or daddy does... He even likes to play with the mop!
Night night booty is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteGreat guest post article, I'm with you on the sprinkler idea though :)
ReplyDeleteI have found that giving them a "mini version" of what I am doing keeps them busy. If I'm cooking, I give them play-dough and kiddie knives and forks. If I'm reading with my 6 year old, I give the toddler a board book, so he feels included and less inclined to grab the school book and rip it!
ReplyDeleteI love all of the diaper colors! It would be so awesome to open a drawer of diapers and just see the rainbow. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the busy bag idea on pinterest. Also like to use different voices with puppets, and using different household items for instruments.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to hear some other ideas for entertaining older babies
